Asia Cup 2008, India Vs Pakistan, National Stadium, Karachi. After the twenty 20 matches, now 300 plus targets are easy achievable and this prove again on Wednesday when Pakistan easily chase 308 runs of India even 33 balls to spare. India got the fly start and Sehwag and Gambhir demolish the bowling attack of Pakistan in first 10 overs. But after the fall of 4 Indian wickets in regular intervals, Pakistan back in the game and their body language also show this change as well. Dhoni and Sharma put 112 runs partnership and Irfan Pathan added some quick runs at the end of Indian innings.

Pakistan batsmen come to the pitch with the intention and their body language was different compare to their last match against Sri Lanka. Opening batsmen added some quick runs to the total. But the hero of the Pakistan innings was Younis Khan who hit splendid and superb 123 runs off just 117 balls (11 Fours and 1 Six). He almost won this match single handed but Mishab give him full support at the other end.

After the IPL and Twenty 20 tournaments its really tough task for the bowlers to contain the batsmen and this series is evident of that. Altogether it was comfortable win for Pakistan and satisfactory performance by them all around. For India their bowling line up is really a matter of think.

Now India have to won their match against Sri Lanka with margin to make their place in the final.
